an artefact ?
In “we make room” we are trying to experiment with the shared-relationship in between body, space, words and sound with the intention to create a sensorial intimacy in between them.
We consider that perception is a sensible action, in this regard we are working with specific spatial conditions and low-tech devices that can operate sound towards and from the skin.
On the occasion of “we make room # 1” we have fabricated an artifact directed towards the senses, which includes:
a person,
a room covered with metallic paper,
an audio-vest,
a song.
WMR # 1 proposes an entrance to a space and an electric (visual and audible) touch in the body.
